Xammany Vongratsamy

Born in Laos to a Laotian father and Thai mother, Xammany Vongratsamy immigrated with her family to the United States in November 1983, where she was raised in Rhode Island. She initially pursued studies at the University of Rhode Island but chose a different path, earning her credentials as an ISO 9001 auditor. She went on to work for Boston Scientific Corporation and Coto Wabash as a Quality Assurance Authority.

Her career in luxury began with Tiffany & Co., where she served for over 13 years as a New Product Development Manager, overseeing projects from research and development through retailing. She played a pivotal role in opening flagship and boutique stores across major U.S. cities for Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Vhernier, Rolex, Patek Philippe, and later at Diamond Banc.

Today, Xammany is the Founder of Xammany Luxury Consulting, based in Miami Beach, Florida. Her consultancy specializes in valuations, secondary-market sales, and collateralized loans for fine jewelry and watches. Through her signature program, Know Your Worth, she provides complimentary consultations, transparent pricing, and access to a network of elite buyers, lenders, and jewelers. With over three decades of combined expertise in engineering precision and luxury craftsmanship, Xammany is a trusted advisor for discerning clients worldwide.
