XAMMANY LLC d/b/a XAMMANY Luxury provides private evaluations, luxury asset lending, direct purchases and special sourcing in Florida. Every request is reviewed individually and is subject to verification, written terms and applicable law.

XAMMANY Luxury follows all Florida and federal requirements applicable to each transaction involving private evaluations, buy-back agreements, luxury asset lending and the purchase and resale of fine watches, jewelry, diamonds and gold.

Clients must cooperate with all identification, ownership-verification and AML/KYC procedures applicable to the transaction. This includes providing accurate identification and contact information, confirming lawful ownership, disclosing liens or competing claims and supplying supporting documentation or source-of-funds information when required.

Under each signed agreement, clients who elect to keep an agreement active or extend it are responsible for paying the required monthly fees by the stated due date. Timely payment keeps the agreement active and in good standing. If payment is received after the due date, applicable late fees or prorated charges may be added only as stated in the signed agreement and permitted by law.

For new agreements closed on or after the effective date of this notice, a one-time administrative closing fee equal to 3% of the total amount financed will be charged at closing. The exact dollar amount will be disclosed in writing before closing and included in all required cost and rate disclosures. This fee does not apply retroactively unless it is already stated in the client's signed agreement.

These requirements protect our clients and XAMMANY Luxury from stolen-property transactions, fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations and unlawful resale. They also protect the integrity, legality and enforceability of every transaction.

XAMMANY Luxury reserves the right to delay, decline, suspend or end a transaction when required information cannot be verified or when concerns involve identity, ownership, authenticity, legality, payment status or compliance, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Consistent verification and timely monthly fees protect client property, preserve accurate records and allow XAMMANY Luxury to meet secure-storage, insurance, private-funding and operating commitments on time.

WHAT WE VERIFY

Before completing a transaction, we may require:

• Government-issued photo identification
• Current contact and address information
• Proof of lawful ownership
• Authentication of the item
• Receipts, certificates, appraisals or service records when available
• Additional documents or source information when required

Clients must be at least 18 years old. Items must be authentic, lawfully owned and free from undisclosed liens or competing ownership claims.

YOUR WRITTEN AGREEMENT

Before funds are released or a purchase is completed, you will receive written terms describing the item, amount, charges, important dates and required disclosures.

Please review everything before signing. The signed agreement controls the transaction.

Any extension must be confirmed in writing. If an item is not reclaimed by the default date, it may be forfeited according to Florida law and the signed agreement. A client is never required to reclaim an item.

YOUR PRIVACY

We collect only the information needed to evaluate an asset, verify identity and ownership, prepare documents, process payments, communicate with you and meet legal requirements.

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared only when needed for authentication, insurance, payment processing, professional services, legal compliance or protection against fraud. Records are protected, retained and securely disposed of as required by law.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT TERMS

To keep an agreement active and in good standing, the required monthly fee must be received by the stated due date. A conversation or payment request does not modify the agreement. Any extension, waiver or revised due date must be confirmed in a written amendment signed by an authorized XAMMANY Luxury representative.

No additional discretionary grace period is created by this notice. Any nonwaivable right or period required by the signed agreement or applicable law remains fully in effect. Applicable late fees or prorated charges may be added only as stated in the signed agreement and permitted by law.

 
LOAN PAYMENTS & TERMS

Your loan amount, payment schedule and charges are explained before you sign.

1. Loan term. Your loan begins with a 30 days term. Additional 30 days extensions require mutual written agreement and payment of the required loan fees.
2. Payment schedule. Loan fees are due every 30 days on the dates stated in your signed agreement. Paying only the loan fee does not reduce the amount you borrowed.
3. Reducing your balance. After charges due are covered, additional payments reduce your loan balance. Future loan fees are calculated on the remaining balance.
4. Closing and handling fee. A one-time closing and handling fee of 3% of the original loan amount applies. The dollar amount and when it is payable are stated in your signed agreement, subject to applicable Florida charge limits. This fee covers account closing, payment processing, document completion, handling and release coordination.
5. Payment methods. We accept verified wire transfers, Zelle and cashier’s checks.
6. Reclaiming your item. Pay the remaining loan balance and applicable charges before your final redemption deadline. Once payment clears, we arrange the private return of your item.
7. Final deadline. You are not personally obligated to repay the loan. However, if you do not reclaim your item or complete an agreed extension before the applicable deadline, ownership transfers as provided by Florida law.

LATE FEE AND ADMINISTRATION FEE 

XAMMANY Luxury reserves the right to apply the agreed 3% daily late fee beginning the first calendar day after a scheduled payment becomes past due.

The daily late fee represents the daily interest charge on the outstanding payment balance and continues to accrue for each calendar day the payment remains unpaid.

All charges will be applied according to the signed payment agreement and applicable law.

FLORIDA CHAPTER 539 COMPLIANCE

XAMMANY Luxury may propose changes to payment terms or apply additional authorized charges when necessary to keep the account in compliance with the payment agreement.

Any extension, material change or added charge must comply with Florida Chapter 539 and applicable law.

Changes must be documented in writing and when required, mutually agreed upon by XAMMANY Luxury and the client.

WHEN WE MAY DECLINE

XAMMANY Luxury may delay, decline or end a transaction when identity, ownership, authenticity, legality, payment source or required information cannot be verified.

We do not accept stolen or counterfeit property, false documents, disputed ownership, suspicious payments or unlawful activity.
