BUY-BACK LOAN
Private Capital Solutions
Most clients use luxury assets to access private capital while maintaining flexibility. Buy-Back Loan allows a client to access funding using a valuable item such as a luxury watch, fine jewelry, diamond or precious metal as collateral.

The process works as follows:
- The client temporarily leaves the item with Xammany Luxury's local bank in insured and secured storage.
- Xammany Luxury provides funding based on the item’s current market value.
Our Buy-Back loan is approved based on your items and not your personal credit score. It is nonrecourse collateral loan which will not be reported to your personal credit history.

BUY-BACK LOAN STRUCTURE
Cost to Borrow the Funds
Example:
- Item used as collateral: Rolex watch
- Loan amount received: $20,000
- Monthly loan fee: $2,000
- Total due after 30 days: $22,000
Once the full loan balance and all fees are paid the Rolex is returned to the client. Additional fees apply if the loan continues beyond 30 days.
By signing I understand the loan terms and payment deadline. If the full amount is not paid by the final deadline the item will be forfeited and the loan will be closed.
What Your Monthly Fee Covers
- Use of the loan funds
- Insurance coverage up to the loan value
- Secure bank storage
- Administrative services
The fee is due every 30 days according to your payment schedule.
Before your loan begins you will receive:
- A written agreement
- A clear payment schedule
- Full disclosure of all fees
- All required Florida legal notices
The client may request a new loan using the same item or another approved item.
Everything is explained in writing before you sign. Clear terms and no surprises.
Payment Calculations
Your monthly payment is due on the 15th of every month.
If your loan begins before the 15th your first payment covers only the days used.
Example:
- Loan starts on the 5th
- Monthly fee is $1,000
- First payment is due on the 15th
- 10 days of use: $1,000 ÷ 30 × 10 = $333.33
Your first payment is $333.33. After that $1,000 is due on the 15th of each month until the loan is paid in full.
Your item will be returned within 24 to 48 hours after payment clears, depending on the bank’s processing schedule.
Payment Made Simple
Monthly Payment Requirements
Your monthly loan fee is due on the 15th of every month until the loan is paid in full.
Paying on time keeps your loan active and in good standing. Late payments may include additional fees and prorated charges according to your signed agreement.
To protect every transaction XAMMANY Luxury may require:
- Verified payment and identification
- Wire or Zelle confirmation
- Bank cashier’s check
- Review of the payment source
XAMMANY Luxury may reject anonymous or unverified third-party payments, untraceable transactions and physical currency payments above approved limits.
Buy-Back & Redemption
Client Loan Terms
You may reclaim your jewelry or watch by paying the full loan balance and all fees within the agreed time.
Your loan enters default if:
- The monthly fee is not paid within 30 days
- The loan term expires
- The signed agreement is not followed
You may still reclaim your item within the 60-day period by paying the full balance and all fees due.
Extensions are not guaranteed. They require written approval from both parties. Previous extensions do not change the original agreement or guarantee another extension.
Fees may continue until the loan is paid in full according to the signed agreement and Florida Statutes Chapter 539. The law follows the written maturity and default dates rather than accumulated missed payments. Florida Statutes § 539.001
Florida Forfeiture Law
Redemption and Forfeiture
Under Florida Statutes Chapter 539 your item must be redeemed within 30 days after the loan maturity date. If the final day is not a business day the deadline moves to the next business day.
To redeem your item, you must pay the full loan balance and all authorized fees before the default date listed in your agreement.
After the redemption period expires:
- The item is automatically forfeited to XAMMANY Luxury
- Full ownership transfers to XAMMANY Luxury by law
- No further notice is required
- The loan is closed and cannot be redeemed
- XAMMANY Luxury may sell or dispose of the item through any lawful method
Any extension must be approved by both parties in writing. After forfeiture all communication must be in writing.
